Purpose of processing of personal data / Purpose of the register

The data contained in the Register will be used for the implementation, maintenance and development of the services provided by the Data Controller to the Customer and the Company. The register will be used for customer relationship management, the targeting of service offers, the production and provision of products and services agreed with the customer and data analysis.

The information in the register will also be used for customer communications, including any direct marketing from which the customer has the right to opt-out.

Register data content

Contact details of the customer/client contact person, such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number, role in the organisation, street address, postcode and city, and employer of the data subject.

In addition, information such as contract type, customer type, company contact details, company credit rating and company ID is associated with the data subject.

Customer relationship data, customer relationship management data, service ordering and content data, customer history data, customer satisfaction data, and marketing and customer service data.

Regular sources of information

Personal data is usually obtained from the individual or the client companies themselves. The information in the register is updated as necessary during the course of the relationship.

The register may also contain personal data of persons with whom Humanpolis Ltd seeks to establish or is in the process of establishing a customer relationship. This information is obtained in the course of day-to-day business from the person concerned or, alternatively, from companies that provide information to the register.

The Rokua Geopark website also collects the names, addresses and e-mail addresses of users of contact and feedback forms and newsletter subscribers for the purpose of contacting them.
